Processing Times

Orders received from Monday to Friday before 5.00pm are processed the same day.

Orders received after 5pm Monday to Friday are processed the following day.
Large orders may take slightly longer to process.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Any order delayed due to non-payment, customer-requested changes, or an incomplete/incorrect shipping address will not be eligible for a partial shipping refund and may result in increased processing times.

 

Order Verification

As a fraud prevention measure, some orders may require additional authorization. If verification is required, a member of the Cheval Drapeau team will call the number provided or send an email to verify your order details and request further information if necessary.

Please provide a valid telephone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed.

Shipping fees

Orders in Italy:

All orders over €60.00 will be shipped free of charge.
All orders for an amount equal to or less than €60.00 will be delivered with express shipping (€6.50).

Orders within the European Union:

All orders over €120.00 will be shipped free of charge.
All orders for an amount equal to or less than €120.00 will be delivered with express shipping (€14.90).

Our couriers ship parcels from Monday to Friday. Orders received from Monday to Friday before 5.00pm are despatched the following day and delivered within 24-48 hours. Orders received from Monday to Friday after 17.00 are despatched the second following day and delivered within 48-72 hours.

In rare cases there may be delays in transit. In these cases, we will file a claim on your behalf to request compensation for the delayed delivery and refund your money when the claim has been processed by the courier.

However, we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen courier services.
Transit time is estimated by the carriers and is not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

All shipments are assigned a tracking number. The tracking code will appear in the order shipping email. Once your tracking number has been assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be available.

 

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any product for free if you are not 100% satisfied. To find out more about our refund policy, see the Returns and Refunds page.

 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

All shipments include package insurance which allows you to reimburse the cost of a lost package or item damaged in transit. A lost parcel is a parcel for which delivery has not been confirmed via the tracking number. If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, the insurance will not cover the loss.
If your parcel tracking number is listed as delivered but your parcel has not yet been received, please contact us at ordini@chevaldrapeau.com .
In order to best assist you, a missing package must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation (according to the tracking number). After 72 hours, recovery may not be possible.
